Frosty is hoping that someone will rescue him from the 90-degree-plus temperatures Friday afternoon.

When it comes to garage sales, there is no such thing as a generation gap!



 

 

At Postville Park, Boy Scout Troop 102 was busy cooking and serving delicious sandwiches to park vendors and patrons.

This Scout stands still for just a second to pose for the camera.

 

By mid- to late afternoon the heat was bearing down at the McDonald's parking lot. As these ladies take shelter under their umbrellas, little do they know that soon a pop-up shower will allow them to put the umbrellas to their intended use.

Across the lot, another group of vendors enjoy the shade of a camper awning, while still keeping an eye on their wares.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Amid glassware and crockpots, this young lady finds a toy stethoscope that she just has to check out!

 

 

 

 

 


And not everything fascinating was for sale.  This one-of-a-kind bike is completely chrome-coated. The wheels have triple the number of spokes as a regular bike, and the handlebars and sissy bar were custom-made to the owner's specifications.
