[June 16, 2010]  CHICAGO (AP) -- Grains futures rose Tuesday on the Chicago Board of Trade.

Wheat for July delivery added 2 cents to $4.535 a bushel; July corn rose 0.75 cent to $3.545 a bushel; and July soybeans traded up 7.5 cents to $9.59 a bushel. July oats soared 16.5 cents to $2.635 a bushel, the highest point since February. The Canadian Wheat Board said on Friday that heavy rain in western Canada will hurt grains production. Canada is a major oats exporter.

Beef and pork futures mostly traded lower on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.
