[June 17, 2010]  TAYLORVILLE -- The Lincoln Senior Legion team traveled to Taylorville on Wednesday and came away with a 4-3 victory.

Lincoln's winning pitcher was Aaron Klemm, who came on in relief of Dalton Johnson to start the sixth inning. Johnson gave up no runs on five hits and had six strikeouts in five innings, while Klemm gave up three runs, only one earned, and struck out two in four innings.

The offense for Lincoln was provided by Riley Wolpert with three hits, Bryce Hunsley with a double and a two-run home run and Zac Bennis with a double and a single.

Lincoln plays Pekin at home today (Thursday) at 6 p.m.
