Grains futures, livestock prices trade mixed

[June 25, 2010]    CHICAGO (AP) -- Grains futures traded mixed Thursday on the Chicago Board of Trade.

Wheat for September delivery rose 2.25 cents to $4.78 a bushel; September corn dropped 1 cent to $3.545 a bushel; November soybeans fell 0.5 cent to $9.23 a bushel; and July oats were flat at $2.75 a bushel.

Beef and pork futures mostly rose on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

August live cattle rose 0.10 cent to 88.60 cents a pound; August feeder cattle rose 0.32 cent to $1.1222 a pound; August lean hogs inched up 0.08 cent to 84.30 cents a pound; and July pork bellies fell 0.97 cent to 99 cents a pound.
