Logan County 4-H'ers attend Jr. Leadership Conference

[March 12, 2010]  Logan County 4-H members Jonathon Orr from Middletown and Kenyon Jodlowski from Atlanta recently attended the 2010 Illinois 4-H Junior Leadership Conference at the Lake Williamson Camp & Conference Center in Carlinville. This annual event brought together over 100 junior high delegates and chaperones for a weekend of fun and educational programming.

InsuranceJonathon is a member of the Middletown 4-H'ers and Kenyon is a member of the Atlanta Town & County 4-H.

The conference was planned and organized by the Illinois State 4-H Youth Leadership, which includes Logan County 4-H members Kristin Bishop from Atlanta and Ryan Huffer from Lincoln.

As participants at the junior high conference, delegates develop their leadership skills, meet and interact with youth across the state, take part in community service, and view state leadership opportunities in action while networking with the state leadership team.
