Agriculture futures mostly rise on CBOT

[March 17, 2010]    CHICAGO (AP) -- Agriculture futures mostly rose Tuesday on the Chicago Board of Trade.

Wheat for May delivery added 5.75 cents to $4.85 a bushel; May corn rose 1.5 cents to $3.6475 a bushel; May soybeans gained 7 cents to $9.37 a bushel; and May oats were unchanged at $2.16 a bushel.

Meanwhile, livestock futures fell on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

April live cattle shed 0.23 cent to 95.42 cents a pound; April feeder cattle dipped 0.02 cent to $106 cents a pound; April lean hogs dropped 0.65 cent to 71.15 cents a pound; and May pork bellies lost 0.65 cent to 90.40 cents a pound.
