Schneider is a registered representative with Lincoln Financial
Securities Corp. She has been a financial adviser for more than a
decade, specializing in retirement planning for individuals and
investment consulting for businesses. In 2008, she earned the
designation of Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor. Earlier in
her career, she gained consumer and mortgage lending experience. She
earned a bachelor's degree in business and retail from the
University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 1983. Schneider is a
member of the First United Methodist Church of Lincoln, a past
president of Lincoln Kiwanis Club and was a nine-year member of the
Lincoln Community High School Board of Education.
Bridget and her husband, Joe, own a rural farm homestead
northeast of Lincoln, where they have resided for 26 years. They
have two children, Alyssa and Blake.
Farm Credit Services of Illinois is a farmer-owned and directed
agricultural lending cooperative that serves 8,000 farm families,
agribusinesses and rural landowners in the southern 60 counties of
Illinois by providing competitive and flexible financing and
delivering crop insurance expertise. The association's board is
comprised of 12 elected directors and two appointed outside
directors.
