The criteria for the academic honors are as follows:

  • Special honors list honorees achieve a grade-point average of 4.0 with a minimum class load of 15 credit hours.

  • President's list honorees achieve a grade-point average of 3.75 through 3.99 with a minimum class load of 15 credit hours.

  • Dean's list honorees achieve a grade-point average range of 3.25 through 3.74 with a minimum class load of 15 credit hours.

Lincoln College, founded in 1865 as Lincoln University, is the only institution of higher education named after President Abraham Lincoln during his lifetime. Today the college operates two campuses in the region, united in the goal of helping students achieve a greater measure of happiness, personal fulfillment and economic success through education.
