Lincoln Police Department reports for Tuesday, March 30

  • Alexander, Gavin, 23-year-old male, Lincoln; arrested March 29 on North Limit at Delavan on Class A charge of driving with license suspended. Vehicle was towed from the scene.

  • Maier, Christopher L., 31-year-old male, Lincoln; arrested March 29 at his residence on a Logan County warrant for failure to appear. Bond was set at $3,000, 10 percent.

  • Turley, Timothy J., 21-year-old male, Lincoln; arrested March 29 at his residence on a Logan County warrant referred to as "720 ILCS 5.0/31-6(a) Escape in violation." Said charges indicate that Turley failed to appear for sentencing on charges for which he has been found guilty.

San Jose Police Department report for Tuesday, March 30

  • Niederer, Gary W., 51-year-old male, Havana; arrested March 29 on Class A charge of driving with license suspended and Class A charge of operating a motor vehicle when the registration has been suspended due to lack of insurance.

Logan County Sheriff's Department report for Tuesday, March 30

  • Beck, Brian R., 24-year-old male, Latham; arrested March 29 on Jasper at Vine in Mount Pulaski on Class A charge of driving with a license suspended. Bond was set at $1,000, 10 percent. Vehicle was towed from the scene.
