Lashley was reported to be backing out of a parking space in a
lot, did not see that Goodman was passing by behind her, and struck
the Goodman vehicle on the driver's-side door.

Report indicated that Jackson was stopped on Fifth Street,
waiting to make a left turn onto Elm Street, Bruns was behind
Jackson, Hoyt behind Bruns, all stopped. Driver 1 failed to reduce
speed and struck the Hoyt vehicle, pushing it into Bruns and the
Bruns vehicle into Jackson. Driver 1 was ticketed for failure to
reduce speed to avoid an accident.
Driver failed to stop when exiting alley
Accident occurred at Centennial Courts Drive and Centennial
Courts alley on April 27 at 5:52 p.m.

Chamness, Tracey A., 40-year-old male,
Lincoln; Dodge Ram pickup truck
Chamness was traveling west on Centennial Courts Drive when
Tolliver exited an alley without stopping. Tolliver struck the
Chamness vehicle on the driver's-side front bumper and fender.
Tolliver was ticketed for failure to yield and also for operating
an uninsured vehicle.

- Lazaro, Quino L., 38-year-old male, Deland, arrested on
Illinois Route 121 near Mount Pulaski on Class C charge of
driving with a license suspended and Class C charge of operating
an uninsured vehicle. Vehicle was towed from the scene.

L., 36-year-old male, Lincoln, arrested April 30 at the Logan
County Safety Complex on a Logan County warrant for failure to
appear on charge of contempt. Bond was set at $300 cash.

Middletown, arrested May 1 in the 1200 block of 100th Avenue,
Middletown, on Class A charge of driving under the influence.
Bond was set at $3,000, 10 percent. Vehicle was towed from the
scene.

D., 42-year-old male, Chicago, arrested May 2 on the northbound
section of Interstate 55 at the 115 mile marker on Class 4
charge of possession of a controlled substance, Class C charge
of possession of cannabis less than 2.5 grams and Class 4 charge
of driving under the influence of drugs.

24-year-old male of Columbus, Ohio, arrested May 1 on southbound
I-55 at the 123 mile marker on Class 4 charge of possession of
cannabis 30-500 grams and Class 4 charge of manufacturing and
delivery of cannabis 30-500 grams. Vehicle was towed from the
scene.
