Grain, livestock futures trade mixed

[May 05, 2010]    CHICAGO (AP) -- Grains futures traded mixed Tuesday on the Chicago Board of Trade.

Wheat for July delivery rose 9 cents to $5.1075 a bushel; July corn fell 2.5 cents to $3.69 a bushel; July soybeans gained .5 cent to $9.87 a bushel; and July oats dropped 4.75 cents to $2.0825 a bushel.

Meanwhile, livestock futures traded mixed on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

June live cattle rose 0.50 cent to 96.02 cents a pound; August feeder cattle slipped 0.05 cent to $1.166 a pound; June lean hogs fell .17 cent to 86.75 cents a pound; and May pork bellies jumped 1.48 cents to $1.012 a pound.
