- Lancaster, Torey, A.M., 18-year-old female, of Lincoln,
arrested May 10 at the Woodford County Jail in Eureka on a Logan
County warrant. Citation listed as "PTR & Juvenile Warrant."
Bond set at $25,000, 10 percent.
