Logan County officials and Emergency Management Agency supporters begin gathering at the EMA building.

Director Dan Fulscher gives a brief history of how the center was built: a $2.4 million investment that is paid in full.

Norma Bathe received recognition for her services. She is the last original member of the board.

Mike Patridge also received an award for his commitment to the center.

A stunned Fulscher listens as Logan County Board Chairman Terry Carlton reads the plaque noting the center is being named after him.

A newly named center deserves a ribbon-cut.

But then it's back to work as Fulscher gives a tour of the county's state-of-the-art emergency center.
