Agriculture futures mostly rise on CBOT

[May 27, 2010]    CHICAGO (AP) -- Grains futures traded mostly higher Wednesday on the Chicago Board of Trade.

Wheat for July delivery added 8.5 cents to $4.69 a bushel; July corn rose 7 cents to $3.7125 a bushel; July soybeans rose 8.5 cents to $9.39 a bushel; and July oats were unchanged at $1.915 a bushel.

Beef and pork futures mostly rose on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

June live cattle traded up 0.83 cent to 89.95 cents a pound; August feeder cattle jumped 1.03 cents to $1.0830 a pound; June lean hogs were added 0.90 cent to 82.05 cents a pound; and July pork bellies dropped 0.35 cent to 102.30 cents a pound.
