Grains futures, livestock prices fall

[November 02, 2010]  CHICAGO (AP) -- Most grain futures fell Monday on the Chicago Board of Trade.

HardwareWheat for December delivery slid 14.75 cents to $7.025 a bushel; December corn dropped 4.75 cents to $5.7725 a bushel; December oats fell 5 cents to $3.63 a bushel; and soybeans for January delivery dipped 1 cent to $12.35 a bushel.

Beef and pork futures traded flat or lower on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

December live cattle fell 0.67 cent to 98.15 cents a pound; January feeder cattle lost 0.20 cent to $1.1060 a pound; December lean hogs dropped 1 cent to 65.20 cents a pound; and February pork bellies were flat at $1.04 a pound.
