Grains futures, livestock prices trade mixed

[November 04, 2010]  CHICAGO (AP) -- Grains futures traded mixed Wednesday on the Chicago Board of Trade.

InsuranceWheat for December delivery slid 4 cents to $6.9025 a bushel; December corn added 5.25 cents to $5.81 a bushel; December oats dipped 0.5 cent to $3.615 a bushel; and soybeans for January delivery gained 3.5 cents to $12.375 a bushel.

Beef futures fell while pork futures rose on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

December live cattle dropped 0.55 cent to 97.70 cents a pound; January feeder cattle shed 0.65 cent to $1.1140 a pound; December lean hogs gained 0.57 cent to 66.77 cents a pound; and February pork bellies rose 0.50 cent $1.0450 a pound.
