Tabor was eastbound on
Woodlawn and slowed down for
traffic. The underage driver was
following behind, did not notice
that Tabor had slowed and
rear-ended her.
The underage driver was
ticketed for driving too fast
for conditions and failure to
reduce speed to avoid an
accident.
Nov. 5, 6:18 p.m.
Accident occurred on Illinois
Routes 10-121 228 feet east of
Heitmann.

male, Hoffman Estates; 2010
Chrysler Town & Country
Price was stopped at the
drive-through window of Steak 'n
Shake with Taylor stopped behind
him. Taylor said she looked down
to pick up something inside her
vehicle and her foot slipped off
the brake, causing the vehicle
to roll into Price's.

Accident occurred in the 1300
block of Woodlawn Road.

2002 Chevrolet Impala
Halcomb said he was backing
out of a parking space at Long
John Silver's. Not paying
attention, he backed across the
lot and into the Sampson
vehicle, which was parked and
unattended.
Nov. 6, 7:16 p.m.
Accident occurred in the 1600
block of Woodlawn Road.

60-year-old male, Lincoln;
2005 Chevrolet Equinox.
Sloot was westbound on
Woodlawn Road when a deer ran
out in front of his vehicle.
Sloot struck the deer.
Nov. 7, 1:06 p.m.
Accident occurred in the 1100
block of Hickox Drive.

Nelson-Skeen, Erica L.,
22-year-old female, Lincoln;
2001 Saturn LE sedan
Marter was backing out of a
parking space at McDonald's and
did not see that Nelson-Skeen
was approaching in the driving
lane. Marter pulled out and
stuck Nelson-Skeen's vehicle.

her residence on a Logan
County warrant charging
forgery and a DeWitt County
warrant charging burglary.
Two bonds were set: the

percent payable.

Lincoln, arrested Nov. 7 at
Walmart, 825 Malerich Drive,
on Class A charge of
endangering the life of a
child.

Logan County Sheriff's Department arrests

Coers, Robert C.,
21-year-old male, of Hartsburg, arrested Nov. 7 at the
intersection of 2100 Street and 600 Avenue near Hartsburg on
Class A charge of driving under the influence and Class A charge
of driving under the influence with a blood-alcohol level above
0.08. Vehicle was towed from the scene.

60-year-old male, of Decatur, arrested Nov. 6 in the 1600 block
of 900 Street, rural Lincoln, on Class 3 charge of burglary.

Simpson, Bryan L.,
36-year-old male, of Lincoln, arrested Nov. 5 in the 600 block
of Broadway on a Logan County warrant relating to domestic
charges. Bond was set at $3,000, 10 percent.

Sullivan, Jennifer
J., 29-year-old female, of Peoria, arrested Nov. 5 at the Peoria
County Jail on a Logan County warrant for failure to appear.
Bond was set at $5,000, 10 percent.

42-year-old male, of Mount Pulaski, arrested Nov. 5 at his
residence on a Logan County bench warrant. Bond was set at $500
cash.

male, of Mount Pulaski, arrested Nov. 5 at his residence on
Class 2 charge of aggravated criminal sexual abuse and Class A
charge of public indecency.
