Nov. 21, 2:27 p.m.

Accident occurred on Pulaski Street near South Kickapoo.

  • Webster, Zachary K., 18-year-old male, Lincoln; 2007 Dodge Caravan

  • Rich, Jamie J., 34-year-old male, Lincoln; 1991 Chevrolet extended-length van

The vehicle belonging to Rich was parked in the 400 block of Pulaski Street, facing west, with Webster’s vehicle parked directly behind it. As Webster pulled out of the parking space, he sideswiped the van.

Webster was ticked for driving too fast for conditions.

Nov. 22, 6:33 a.m.

Accident occurred on Lincoln Parkway near Broadwell Drive.

  • Boch, Barbara J., 41-year-old female, Greenview; 2000 Buick LeSabre

Boch said she was southbound on the outside lanes of Lincoln Parkway when a deer ran out in front of her vehicle. She was unable to stop, and the vehicle struck the animal. The deer expired as a result of the incident.
