Granger helps Pacers beat Cavs 100-89

[November 24, 2010]  INDIANAPOLIS (AP) -- Danny Granger scored 24 points and the Indiana Pacers beat the Cleveland Cavaliers 100-89 on Tuesday night.

HardwareGranger got off to a slow start but scored 10 points in the second quarter as Indiana expanded an eight-point lead into a 62-37 margin at halftime.

Ramon Sessions had 15 points, six rebounds and five assists for Cleveland (5-8), which lost its third consecutive game.

Darren Collison added 18 points for Indiana (7-6), which won for the third time in four games.

Granger scored the Pacers' first five points of the second half and Indiana extended the lead to 34 with just over two minutes remaining in the third quarter.
