Council says goodbye to fire chief

At the Tuesday evening meeting of the Lincoln City Council, Mayor Keith Snyder and the city aldermen honored Kent Hulett, departing Lincoln city fire chief, with a plaque and a pie buffet.

Hulett is leaving Lincoln to take over a multi-county district in Wisconsin.

Mayor Snyder made good-natured pokes at the chief before presenting him with a plaque from the city.
