16th annual Pride of the Prairie art and craft show -- Album 1

With a wide variety of items on display, shoppers had many choices of items for their own home décor or to give as gifts. From metal art to braided rugs, handmade jewelry to custom-made reusable gift bags, and Christmas centerpieces to handmade wooden toys, there was something for everyone.

Roy Logan of the Lincoln Park District smiles happily at the turnout Saturday for the 16th annual Pride of the Prairie Folk Art and Craft Show.

Nancy Robbins and Bonnie Knieriem show off hand-braided rugs. Knieriem was also responsible for some delicious mints at the refreshment table.



 

Deb Rohrer showcased her handcrafted fabric gift bags, which are beautiful and reusable.

Heather Cosby of Flossie & Delzena's Gift Shop in Springfield shows off handcrafted jewelry. She also offered some fabulous Christmas floral arrangements.

 

Roberta Ingram offered a lovely selection of paintings.

 

Patty Kilby had a wide variety of handmade jewelry and some very unique homemade kaleidoscopes.

 

 

Dolores Bentley of Timberhouse Baskets in Petersburg was there with her exquisite hand-woven baskets.
