Lincoln city fire and rescue calls

Tuesday, Sept. 28

  • 8:30 a.m. -- Called to the 100 block of South Chicago for a water or steam leak.

  • 10:31 a.m. -- Assisted EMS in a call to the 800 block of North Hamilton Street.

  • 11:21 a.m. -- Fire call to an unauthorized burn in the 900 block of North Logan Street.

  • 12:11 p.m. -- Carbon monoxide call to the 200 block of Regent Drive due to a malfunction in the alarm. No hazard present.

  • 6:32 p.m. -- Responded to a building fire in the 1200 block of Pulaski Street.

Wednesday, Sept. 29

  • 4:05 a.m. -- Fire call to the 2200 block of North Kickapoo Street due to an unintentional activation of the alarm system. No fire.

  • 3:48 p.m. -- Fire call to the 1000 block of North Sangamon in response to a clothes dryer being on fire.

Thursday, Sept. 30

  • 8:45 a.m. -- Call labeled on report as "public service assistance" in the 300 block of Broadway Street.

  • 11:12 a.m. -- Called to a carbon monoxide incident in the 1200 block of 21st Street.

  • 3:33 p.m. -- Fire call to the 700 block of Wyatt was determined to be a "malicious, mischievous false call."

  • 9:06 p.m. -- Responded to an outside rubbish fire in the 1400 block of North Kickapoo.
