On a cold, blustery day,
the first Loyal
Friends Fall Festival was held at Scully Park by the Humane Society
of Logan County. The
blessing of the animals by the Rev. Mark Kaley brought 50 hearty
souls and their pets to Scully Park. Although weather conditions were far from ideal, the HSLC plans to
make this an annual event.
