R., 46-year-old male, Lincoln; 1987 Chevrolet small conventional
cab pickup

Gonzalez, Raul, 38-year-old male,
Lincoln; 1990 Honda Accord
The vehicle belonging to Gonzalez was parked unattended in the
lot at the Budget Inn. A witness to the accident said that VanCleve
backed into the parked vehicle, causing damage. VanCleve told police
that he did not back into the vehicle.
Lincoln Police Department report for Wednesday, Oct. 6
- Kodatt, Nicole M., 25-year-old female, of Lincoln, arrested
Oct. 5 at her residence on Class B charge of criminal damage to
property. Bond was set at $100 cash.
Logan County Sheriff's Department report for Wednesday, Oct. 6
- Lake, Brett A., 29-year-old male, of Decatur, arrested Oct.
5 at the Logan County Safety Complex on Class A charge of
domestic battery.
