[October 09, 2010]  The Lincoln College men's soccer team jumped back into the NJCAA top 15, moving into spot 14. The Lynx just defeated Greenville College JV 3-0 to run their record to 10-1-3. The Lynx are now 6-0-1 in Region 24 play and have already captured the Region 24 regular-season championship with two games to play.

The Lynx will host Illinois Central College, currently ranked No. 7 in the NJCAA polls, on Tuesday at 2 p.m. on the Lincoln College campus. This will be the team's last home game of the season and the Lynx are looking to "pack the field." Admission to the game is free and LC is hoping the community can join them to watch the soccer team finish up one of the best seasons in school history.

Stivin Salinas is ranked No. 6 in scoring among players from all NJCAA teams, and goalkeeper Jarod Thomas is ranked in the top 25 in the NJCAA in goalkeeping.
