Nude man accused of viewing porn at man's desk
[October 13, 2010] OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) -- A man whom authorities say was found naked and viewing pornography at an Oklahoma City business remains in custody on an indecent exposure complaint.

An Oklahoma County jailer said Tuesday bond has been set at $2,000 for 57-year-old Curtis Halberstadt. According to a police report, a worker at the business found a man, later identified as Halberstadt, allegedly sitting at his desk without any clothes on and viewing pornography on the computer on Thursday. Police said the employee told them he didn't know the intruder and that the mystery man didn't work there. According to the report, when the employee asked him what he was doing there, the man said, "cleaning and trying to make some money." The jailer said records didn't indicate whether Halberstadt had retained an attorney. |
