LC coach Mark Tippett commented: "We started off the match looking a little
rusty, but once our passing game improved, we were able to create
opportunities for our hitters to score points. Lindenwood had a
couple of tough servers and each set was close most of the way, but
our players again showed the ability to come through in critical
situations. We are playing some pretty scrappy team defense right
now, and I am pleased with the direction we are headed."
Lincoln will travel south on Saturday to participate in a triangular
at Rend Lake College.
