Pictured are the winners of
Lincoln Park District's Halloween Home Contest. Homes were judged on
their outdoor decorations. These pictures were taken during the day
to make it easier for you to find them in the evening. After the sun
goes down and the moon comes up, the creatures of the night begin to
appear. The homes featured lighting, scary noises and other special
effects. First place went to 428 Fifth St. Taking second place
was 1318 Feldman Drive, and then after that go to 315 S. Hamilton
to see the third-place winner. The winning entries received full-access
family memberships to the Sports Center.
The park district's next holiday home decorating contest is in
December! Previous first-place winners are not eligible to win
again.
