[October 25, 2010]  Not the best way to start off the week.

An early Monday morning incident closed all four lanes of Lincoln Parkway between Woodlawn Road and Fifth Street.

A tractor-tanker identified by their signage as being manned by Bolt Express of Havana and containing flammable liquids slid off the road near the under-construction entrance to the new Abraham Lincoln Memorial Hospital.

City police, state police and city of Lincoln firefighters were on hand along with RBC Towing, working to upright the truck and get it back on the road again.

City firefighters are trained hazmat specialists and were on hand in that role.

There has been no official report regarding this incident.

Lincoln police Chief Ken Greenslate said the driver has been ticketed.
