Don't be a turkey. Sign up for chamber bowling event

[October 27, 2010]  The Lincoln/Logan County Chamber of Commerce invites you to take a break and get out from behind those desks or whatever work is tying you up or stressing you out, and enjoy an afternoon of fun and networking. The chamber is hosting its first Turkey Bowl on Nov. 5 at Logan Lanes, starting at 1 p.m. This bowling event will be a fun-filled afternoon of games, appetizers, music, prizes and a cash bar.

The chamber's Turkey Bowl will consist of three games of nine-pin no-tap. Nine-pin no-tap offers a great advantage because in addition to the traditional 10-pin strike, if you knock down nine pins with your first ball, it will count as a strike, too.

There are currently openings for bowlers and teams as well as sponsorship opportunities.
