Most grains futures rise; livestock trade mixed

[October 29, 2010]  CHICAGO (AP) -- Most grain futures rose Thursday on the Chicago Board of Trade.

InsuranceWheat for December delivery added 15.5 cents to $7.1825 a bushel; December corn gained 1.75 cents to $5.79 a bushel; December oats fell 4 cents to $3.66 a bushel; and soybeans for November delivery rose 1.25 cents to $12.25 a bushel.

Beef and pork futures were mostly lower on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

December live cattle fell 0.73 cent to 99.27 cents a pound; November feeder cattle lost 0.60 cent to $1.1095 a pound; December lean hogs dipped 0.80 cent to 67.05 cents a pound; and February pork bellies were flat at $1.04 a pound.
