Grains prices mostly rise on CBOT

[September 08, 2010]  CHICAGO (AP) -- Grains futures mostly rose Tuesday on the Chicago Board of Trade.

Wheat for December delivery slid 6 cents to $7.3525 a bushel; December corn added 1.75 cents to $4.6625 a bushel; December oats gained 8 cents to $3.03 a bushel; while November soybeans rose 17 cents to $10.52 a bushel.

Beef and pork futures mostly traded lower on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

October live cattle dropped 2 cents to 96.45 cents a pound; October feeder cattle fell 2.57 cents to $1.1250 a pound; October lean hogs shed 1.60 cents to 75.60 cents a pound; while February pork bellies traded 0.20 cent higher to $1.0550 a pound.
