Lincoln College drops match to Benedictine University in a dual meet

[September 24, 2010]  Lincoln College head golf coach Kirk Whiteman released the following report:

“What a great two holes by Zach Brown (Mount Zion). He had an eagle on No. 3 par-4 and a double eagle on No. 9 par-5. He hit a seven-iron from 215 yards to the front of the green to roll it in. Unfortunately he didn't do as well on the other 16 holes!

"Hopefully we can use this as a learning experience! We have some talent and our guys need to do better with course management and don't let one bad shot lead to several!"
