TENTS SOLD BY COSTCO 

Active Leisure Inc. is recalling Active Leisure folding canopy tents sold exclusively a Costco stores nationwide from January 2011 to February 2011.  The tents do not meet the flammability label claim on the unit, posing a fire hazard. 

The recall includes Active Leisure 10' by 10' folding canopy tents. Item number 544803 is printed on the original packaging near the bar code. 

Consumers should return the tents to any Costco store for a full refund.

CHILDREN'S SLEEPWEAR 

Fashionviews Inc. is recalling P.Jamas children's sleepwear sold nationwide from January 2006 to October 2010. The garments fail to meet federal flammability standards for children's sleepwear. 

This recall involves all styles of P.Jamas brand name children's sleepwear including nightgowns and two-piece shirt/pant sets sold in children's sizes XS through XL. A garment label with the name P.Jamas in blue lettering on a white background is sewn to the center back of the garments. 

Consumers should return the product to the retailer where purchased for a full refund.

SOLDERING IRONS 

Cooper Tools LLC is recalling stained glass soldering irons sold nationwide from August 2006 to May 2010. The power cord can break at the flex point where the cord attaches to the handle, posing a burn hazard. 

The recalled product is a 100 watt, 120 volt stained glass soldering iron with “Weller” and the model number W100PG, W100P3 or W100PGMX written on the light blue handle. The model number is located under the Weller brand name on the iron's handle. 

Consumers should contact Cooper Tools at (800) 476-3030 between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. ET Monday through Friday or visit www.cooperhandtools.com to send the product to the company for an inspection and a free replacement soldering iron. More info at www.recalls.org

HOT CHOCOLATE POTS 

Williams-Sonoma Inc. is recalling hot chocolate pots sold at Williams-Sonoma stores nationwide and in Canada from October 2010 to January 2011. The handle of the hot chocolate pot can break off during use, posing burn and laceration hazards. 

This recall involves the Whirly Whip hot chocolate pots sold individually as item number 2981454 or 4986535, and as part of the Whirly Whip hot chocolate pot gift set item number 3021714. The item number can be found on the product's box, below the bar code. 

Consumers should either return the product to any Williams-Sonoma store or contact Williams-Sonoma at (855) 643-4206 between 4 a.m. and 9 p.m. PT seven days a week or visit www.williams-sonoma.com for instructions on how to return the product for a full refund. More info at www.recalls.org

PACIFIERS 

Key Baby LLC is recalling Pampers® Natural Stages Infant Ortho and Bulb Pacifiers sold nationwide from April 2010 to February 2011. The pacifiers fail to meet federal safety standards and pose a choking hazard. 

Only "Stage 1" pacifiers are recalled. "Stage 1" and "Ortho" or "Bulb" are printed on the package. The recalled pacifiers have an oval-shaped mouth guard and "Pampers" molded on to the handle side of the mouth guard. The product comes two per package.

INFANT SLEEPERS 

Arm's Reach Concepts Inc. is recalling Infant Bed-Side Sleepers sold nationwide from September 1997 to December 2001. When the fabric liner is not used or is not securely attached, infants can fall from the raised mattress into the loose fabric at the bottom of the bed-side sleeper or can become entrapped between the edge of the mattress and the side of the sleeper, posing risks of suffocation. 

This recall includes all Arm's Reach Original and Universal styles with manufacture dates between September 1997 and December 2001. The manufacture date and model number can be found on a sticker on one of the product's legs. Model numbers can be found at www.recalls.org

TOY TRUCKS 

Infantino LLC is recalling Troy the Activity Truck sold nationwide and in Canada from September 2009 to February 2011. The plastic beads on the activity truck's bead runs can detach, posing a choking hazard. 

This recall involves "Troy the Activity Truck," which is blue, red and yellow with plastic star, circle and heart beads attached to the bead runs on the back of the truck and has a face on the front. "Infantino" is printed on the front of the toy truck. Model number 153-210, 206-110 or 506-110C is printed underneath the truck.
