Animals and youngsters just
seem to go together, and yesterday at the Lincoln FFA petting zoo
there was no denying that fact.
Besides hands-on learning
about farm animals, the youngsters also got to climb into a Lincoln
Fire Department truck and learn about fire safety. Schools that
participated in the event were Washington-Monroe, Northwest, Adams,
Zion Lutheran and West Lincoln-Broadwell.
