Tourism presents annual awards -- Album 1

Tuesday morning the Abraham Lincoln Tourism Bureau of Logan County hosted a breakfast at Rusty's in Lincoln.

The meeting was designated to recognizing those in Logan County who have gone above and beyond to assist and promote tourism in the county.

Those who were honored included businesses, organizations and individuals.

Before breakfast began, the Rev. John Johnson asked a blessing on the morning event.

 

Guests piled the food on high from an excellent buffet provided by Rusty's.

After the meal, tourism director Jeff Ladd introduced award recipients.

Business Award: Palms Grill in Atlanta; Billie Cheek and Bill Thomas.

Friend of Tourism Organization Award: Civil War Statue Committee.
