Reunion of the LCHS fabulous '40s classes planned for June 10

[April 21, 2011]  A reunion for the Lincoln Community High School's classes of 1940 through 1949 is planned for the night of June 10 at American Legion Post 263.

The event will begin at 5:30 p.m., and there will be a buffet prepared by Lincoln Land Catering beginning at 6pm.

The meal will consist of fried chicken and roast beef, mashed potatoes and gravy, mixed vegetables, a layered lettuce salad, fresh fruit and melons, as well as an assortment of cakes for dessert.

Entertainment will be by humorist Mike Fak, who will present "Observations on the people of Earth as viewed by an outsider."

The price of a ticket is $25.
