Wednesday morning our newest
Miss Logan County Fair was involved in somewhat of a juggling act.
As an active member of 4-H, Kelsi Ubbenga had to show at the 4-H hog
judging. She took her animal into the arena and then soon after donned
her sash and crown and helped hand out ribbons and trophies to her
competitors.
