It's fast and it's loud, but the
tractor and truck pull at the grandstand attracts an enthusiastic
and patient crowd. The action on Thursday night included a reworked
1932 Lincoln that brought the sled forward at a good pace, until a
belt broke and the game was over. For anyone who wonders if trucks
can pull their weight against the John Deeres, Thursday night's
competition brought the proof to the dirt.
