Thursday morning the first
half of the 4-H Beef Show at the Logan County Fair was dedicated to
steers.
At the end of the section, Derrick Osborne walked away with the
grand champion steer. The Randy Weston Memorial Grand Champion
Trophy was sponsored by Hoblit Seed Co. of Atlanta. In addition,
Osborne received the gift of a studio folding chair from Suzanne Maxheimer and
a jacket compliments of Doug DeMay of the Investment
Center in Lincoln.
Brandon Hickey had the reserve champion steer.
