As reporters and photographers
at the Logan County Fair, we once in a while have what we call
"captured moments." We close in for the shot, but something changes
at the moment we take the picture, and the change makes the picture
even better than we had hoped for.
Here are just a few of the "captured moments" at the livestock barns
