Friday evening the first liftoff of the 2011 Lincoln Art
& Balloon Festival took place at the
Logan County Airport. A large crowd turned out to watch the majestic
hot air balloons as they inflated and floated across the green spaces
at the airport.
In addition to balloons, there was a carnival with rides and
activities for the young and young at heart.
