Crime Stoppers looking for information on residential burglary

[August 31, 2011]  On Monday, the Lincoln Police Department investigated a residential burglary in the 1200 block of North Sherman Street. It was reported that suspects entered during the daylight hours and took electronic equipment from the home. The suspects were knocking on doors in the neighborhood before the burglary.

Suspects were described as white males, in their teens, approximately 5-foot-2 in height, with slender builds. One suspect had brown hair and was wearing red ball cap, red T-shirt and bluejeans. The other suspect had brown hair and was wearing a maroon T-shirt and bluejeans.

Anyone with any information concerning any crime in the Lincoln and Logan County area is urged to call Crime Stoppers at 217-732-3000. Your information will be kept confidential and you may remain anonymous. If your information leads to the arrest of the person or people involved, Crime Stoppers will pay you a cash reward up to $1,000.
