Lincoln Christian University's Christmas in the Chapel has a setting that is an imposing image as visitors enter the campus.

There are 75 LCU students performing in this year's Christmas in the Chapel production, "Christmas at Lincoln Valley High."

Lynn Laughlin, vice president and alumni coordinator, welcomed the audience and led a prayer for the season.

The fictional high school music teachers, played by Meghan Todd and Jordan Bauer, danced and sang classic tunes in celebration of planning a musical.

Science Club members from Lincoln Valley High believed if they won a talent competition, they would be chick magnets.

Act 2 of the production focused on the traditional Christmas story, and chorale music reflected the dramatic story.

The chorus shared its message while surrounded by celestial bodies and a setting of heavenly hosts.

Shepherds approached on a path through the audience and arrived to worship with angels at the Nativity.
