Grain futures, livestock prices mixed

[December 07, 2011]  CHICAGO (AP) -- Grains futures traded mixed Tuesday on the Chicago Board of Trade.

Wheat for March delivery rose 1.50 cent to $6.13 a bushel; March corn rose 5.50 cents to $5.9650 a bushel; March oats fell 3.25 cents at $3.0375 a bushel; and January soybeans rose 3.25 cents to $11.2950 a bushel.

Beef and pork futures also traded mixed on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

February live cattle fell 0.70 cent to $1.1955 a pound; January feeder cattle fell 2.18 cents to $1.4212 a pound; while February lean hogs rose 0.95 cent to 89.07 cents a pound.
