[December 12, 2011]  The Lincoln Christian University men's basketball team fell 82-65 to NCCAA Division II Kuyper College on Saturday.

Senior Chris Lawson led the Red Lions of LCU with 26 points and seven rebounds. Senior Mark Hamm recorded 12 points, while junior Brady Cremeens tallied up another 10 points.

Lawson shot a season-high 70 percent (7 of 10) from the 3-point line, but it wasn't enough to match the size of Kuyper. Kuyper recorded 14 offensive rebounds during the match. Senior Mac Ingmire had seven assists. He has averaged just under eight assists per game in the last four games.

The Red Lions (2-8) now set their sights on Anchorage, Alaska, where they will face two exhibition matches against NCAA Division II University of Alaska-Anchorage on Friday and Saturday.
