  • Holton, Cynthia A., 48, New Holland, arrested Dec. 16 on 100th Avenue North at 900 Street, Middletown, on charge of driving under the influence.

  • McLaughlin, Dewghan P., 22, Lincoln arrested Dec. 17 on charges of driving under the influence and driving with a revoked license.
