The HOPE Mobile is
discontinuing travel to the following locations:

Broadwell
-
Emden
-
Hartsburg
-
Latham
-
Middletown
Over the past year, there were 15 patients who used the primary
care services when the HOPE Mobile visited those communities, and
only four of the 15 lived there. These numbers do not reflect a desire or need
for the mobile unit to continue traveling to these communities. The
Healthy Communities Partnership apologizes for any inconvenience, but in order to be more
productive, changes need to be made.
The HOPE Mobile can be used by anyone at any of the available
locations: Atlanta, Chestnut, Elkhart, Lincoln, New Holland and
Mount Pulaski.
