The country roads were worked all day Wednesday to get them back into use. But early on in the morning, things were pretty much snowbound with nowhere to go.

Few country residents were in a hurry to dig out Wednesday morning; there was no road to go anywhere anyway

The sun worked to come out and shed light on just what a mess we had to deal with.

And then the plow came and a small return to normal began.

Nature can be pretty ... but too much snow, and she is pretty awful.
