Rick Campbell is Community Action Employee of the Quarter

[February 04, 2011]  Community Action has announced their employee of the quarter. Rick Campbell was awarded the honor for the work he does as the program director for weatherization and energy assistance at the corporate office in Lincoln.

Insurance"Rick is always fair and considerate of everyone's feelings. He is very diplomatic with his staff and customers. Rick is proactive and is always willing to go the extra mile for a customer in need," said the co-worker who nominated him.

Campbell has been a part of Community Action since 1999. He has completed the certified public manager program and has used the knowledge gained to serve Community Action. His peers agree that he demonstrates a high regard for his staff and treats his staff and Community Action customers with concern and respect.
